We are serving clients via phone and video during normal business hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 - 4:30.

On Fridays the staff will be working remotely with the physical office closed.

  1. There will be no in person meetings to protect you and our staff.  Meetings will be held by phone or video.  If you would like to schedule a meeting, contact the office 618-532-2228 or visit our website,

  2. You can upload/download documents securely using file exchange through your client portal.  If you need help doing so, please contact the office.

  1. The office doors will remain locked.  If you are dropping off or picking up documents, please knock or call the office and a staff member will be out to assist you. 

  1. Should you enter the office, we ask that you wear a mask and practice social distancing.

  1. If you are dropping off documents after hours, we have a small drop box on the North side of the office and will soon have a large mail slot installed.
